Italian Street Food
My name is Dean Lewis and I am the Director of ‘The Italian Job.’ I have acquired over 15 years’ experience working at various Italian restaurants across Cardiff. I started at Jamie’s Italian, where I worked for over 6 years. I developed my passion for Italian food there, and learned how to make Pasta from scratch. I managed to progress to senior chef level.
I decided that the time is right to take the plunge and establish my own Italian street food venture, at the market for 2023, putting all my ideas and enthusiasm into practice.
I believe I have developed an appealing and unique offering of modern Italian street food, to suit everyone’s taste… from meat lovers to veggies, cheese lovers to vegans & gluten free & child options. I serve fresh pasta with a choice of different toppings, including fresh prawns to homemade ragus!
