Who we are

Deli Bach, which literally means ‘small deli’ in Welsh is a Welsh delicatessen, specialising in incredible food from across Wales. We aim to celebrate just how much Wales brings to the table in the food industry and promote the produce we stock on our shelves by also using it in our own recipes!

Background

Headed by passionate Welshman and keen foodie, Jack Taylor, Deli Bach was created in August 2020 when he decided to turn this passion into a career. Recognising a gap in the market for an exclusively Welsh delicatessen, Deli Bach was born to showcase the incredible produce that Wales has to offer.

What we do

Deli Bach sells a range of high quality Welsh food and produce from artisan cheese and charcuterie, to Welsh beers, ciders and spirits. Our shelves are stocked with condiments, snacks, chocolate and much more – all created by Welsh food producers!

We are passionate about the Welsh ingredients that we stock, and use these in the food that we make, highlighting all of the fantastic flavours of Wales. Our homemade sausage rolls, scotch eggs, Welshcakes, plus much more will be available to takeaway on our deli counter at Newport Market.

We also take this passion into our catering services, supplying delicious buffets, lunches and platters, for meetings and events which use all of the high quality, Welsh ingredients that we stock.
