Dorothy Seed is a floristry, that aims to use sustainable and local produce, set up by Dorina and Rupert. We like to dream big and put our creativity into action. Creating Dorothy Seed was one of those moments.

It will be a familiar story for most, however during the pandemic we realised it’s time to try something new and that we truly enjoy. We set up our floristry business and decided to be part of this exciting project at the market. Dorina has a background in horticulture and loves to be creative with floral displays. Rupert has a keen eye for business and was brought up with parents in the floral industry. Together we have decided to create a new brand and bring a forward thinking approach to the industry.

Dorothy Seed’s aim is to be a sustainable floristry; sourcing produce from local suppliers where possible. We offer fresh and dried flower bouquets, hand made soaps and skin care products, as well as pottery. Our packaging will be made from reusable, recycable or compostable materials to reduce our carbon footprint. We offer floral displays for events, whether for weddings, funerals or for any other occasions.
