Who we are
Ya – Loukouma is a family run business introducing all the aspects of the Mediterranean bakery delicacies and Pastries as long as the famous desserts of each unique flavour.
Background
Ya – Loukouma started as a second concept to the already successful food stall inside Cardiff Market the well now known Ya – Souvlaki .
What we do
We offer a variety of Mediterranean pasties as well as our homemade products which will come to Newport Market as a storm.
- Introducing to the UK, my well known by reputation (as it is difficult to find it unless you pre order) “Cheesecake Baklava” An Awarded dessert. As a chef lecturer by definition more than thirty years a like to invent new flavour and new combinations.
- Introducing “Loukoumades” as we can translate as “Honey Dough Balls”, again we improvise as no one else is doing what we offer.Stuffed with nutella, white chocolate ,or simple topped with honey and walnuts , these are a delicasy which will atract everyone to have a bite.
