About
About Poonam Sharma
Poonam Sharma is a Newport-based artist creating expressive, meaningful artwork inspired by spirituality, emotion, and the human experience.
Her creative practice blends classical and contemporary techniques, resulting in distinctive, contemplative pieces that invite reflection and connection. Each artwork is thoughtfully crafted to explore feeling, personal meaning, and the deeper stories that shape us.
Poonam’s journey into art began through a personal spiritual awakening, which grew from a passion into a dedicated creative practice. Today, she creates original hand-crafted artwork, high-quality prints, unique gift pieces, and commissioned works tailored to individual stories.
Alongside her own artwork, Poonam shares her knowledge through teaching and creative workshops, helping others explore their creativity, build confidence, and connect with art on a deeper level.
Rooted in the Newport community, Poonam’s work offers visitors and collectors the opportunity to experience art that is expressive, personal, and deeply reflective.
