We are SHMOLES a brand new and unique food trader! We are exciting innovative and a fast paced CHEESE LOVERS DREAM. We specialise in our TikTok famous MOZZARELLA CHEESECOIN! Lots of stringy mozzarella,lots of flavour, lots of FUN!
BACKGROUND
SHMOLES is the fun energetic quirky birth child of Alex & Devon, the founders of SHMOLES who after a trip to the wonderful country that is Japan came across this street food that has yet to be seen in the UK! They have put their spin on it and created a cheesetastic waffle! The cross between the salty stringy mozzarella filling and sweet waffle batter makes for a delicious street snack! This is something SHMOLES use custom made SHMOLES waffle machines to achieve.
WHAT WE DO
We cross fun and food to make for an outrageous CHEESEPULL with colours and flavours you’ve never seen in food before! Our cheesecoin menu is made for eating… but pulling them apart and taking photos seems to take front seat here.. to be a cheese King or a cheese Queen one must pull that mozzarella the furthest!

- RAINBOW CHEESECOIN Rainbow coloured Mozzarella…great for the gram📸
- PIZZA CHEESECOIN Mozzarella/Cheddar/Pizza sauce/Pepperoni…not the best puller but loads of FLAVOUR! 🍕
- HELLFIRE CHEESECOIN Red Mozzarella/Cheddar/Hot sauce/Jalapeño’s …leave this one to the dads they all pretend it’s not hot enough!!!🌶️
