Fowl and Fury is one of the UK’s original Nashville Hot Chicken brands, bringing bold flavour and distinctive heat to Newport. Known for its signature spice scale—from Country (no heat) through to Fury—the brand focuses on high-quality fried chicken, delivering consistency, flavour, and a strong identity in every dish.
BACKGROUND
Fowl and Fury was founded during lockdown five years ago, starting as a small garden operation driven by a passion for great food. The brand quickly built a loyal following through pop-ups at Sticky Fingers before securing its first permanent site in Cathays the following year. It now operates two successful locations in Cardiff and continues to expand, with it’s third location now in Newport Market!

Fowl and Fury specialises in Nashville Hot Chicken, offering six distinct spice levels to suit all tastes, from mild to extreme.
- Nashville Hot Chicken: Southern fried chicken with bold seasoning and signature heat levels.
- The Sando: A best-selling fried chicken sandwich, packed with flavour.
- Vegetarian Options: Plant-based versions of all mains.
- Customisable Heat Levels: From Country to Fury, allowing customers to choose their preferred level of spice.
The focus is on quality ingredients, strong flavours, and a menu designed to keep customers coming back.
