WHO WE ARE
My name is Dean Lewis, and I am the Director of The Italian Job, where we bring modern Italian street food with a twist to Newport. With over 15 years of experience working at various Italian restaurants in Cardiff, including Jamie’s Italian where I honed my skills making pasta from scratch and rose to senior chef level.
BACKGROUND
I have taken the plunge to establish my own Italian street food venture at the market in 2023, bringing all my ideas and enthusiasm to life. My passion for Italian food and dedication to quality shine through in every dish we serve.
