Who We Are

The Pizza Boyz have earned a loyal following for serving some of the finest Neapolitan-style pizzas in South Wales — bold in flavour, handmade with care, and rooted in family tradition. Now proudly based at Newport Market, we’re bringing our passion for pizza to the city centre, combining authentic Italian techniques with creative flair and warm, community-focused service.

Our Background

The Pizza Boyz journey began humbly — out of a converted horsebox fitted with a pizza oven. From those early days on the road, we’ve grown into a thriving family business, with locations now including “The Gaff” on Walter Road and the historic Albert Hall. Our roots trace back to Campania, southern Italy, in the village of Villaggio Tortorella, but our heart is shared with Wales — our Mum’s homeland.

Our mother’s love and strength are the foundation of everything we do. After we lost her to cancer in 2017, we committed to building a business she’d be proud of. Pizza Boyz is our tribute to her — built on joy, family, and a commitment to making people happy through food. In her memory, we donate a portion of our profits each year to cancer research charities.

What We Do

We serve authentic, handmade Neapolitan pizza using our own perfected in-house dough recipe. Every pizza is made to order, with fresh ingredients and flavour combinations that reflect both tradition and originality. Our menu caters to all — whether you’re a meat lover, vegetarian, or vegan — and includes sides with a twist, crafted to complement every bite.
